We, the signed, do NOT want this to be built in our neighborhood. We are officially notifying the planning commission that we are against this and request it be moved

Our community is beautiful and very much so the reason it is so popular. This would devalue the area and make many families move elsewhere.

THIS PROPOSAL WILL DO NOHING TO OUR PROPERTY VALUES BUT REDUCE THEM, NOT TO MENTION THE TRAFIC NIGHTMARE.

Residential area, surely there is something else west of 303 better suited for this. It's bad enough I have to deal with out of school, unemployed teenagers.

Opposed to the re-zoning for Waste Transfer Station Project. There are other areas better suited for this project.

Rezoning a residential parcel to heavy industrial is not only contrary to the establishment of the existing neighborhood but is, in effect, a bait and switch that benefits a private industry at the expense of the residents here. This narrow area with limited access is not suitable for heavy industrial. No, to the proposed rezoning and, no, to the waste transfer station.

This project would not be welcome in our neighborhood. It would lower our property values and cause more traffic; as well as possibly giving the area an odor issue.

Please no more traffic. The intersection there is already dangerous. Fix the roads and don’t build that station or people will get hurt.

No, we do not want this transfer station in our neighborhood. Nor do we want it to be rezoned for industrial area.
