BAD idea, so close to housing! I am SHOCKED that EPA is approving this or are they? That area has new development rising in population (includes existing), that would be greatly affected in health and financial ways (lower housing values). STRONGLY AGAINST putting it so close to housing!

The congestionx smell, and constant garbage truck traffic is not what we need in our community.

No to the Case #Z2020017 Proposal. I am against building a waste transfer station (dump) anywhere near 115th and Happy Valley Parkway. This project is a really bad idea. Never build a waste transfer station (dump) close to a water supply and residential housing area.

Adding more noise and pollution into a growing residential area make sense for peoples well being. In addition, my understanding is this location is very near the aquifers that are to the north side of Happy Valley Parkway - why even risk polluting these?

I do not want the Waste Transfer Station near my neighborhood. I do not want the land rezoned to Industrial.

The proposed location was poorly thought out as the location is too close to residential homes and neighborhoods. The smell from a refuse transfer station will not only cause potential health and alergy problems for these residents but will have an adverse affect on housing values in the area. Happy Valley is already an extremely busy roadway in this area due to traffic coming off the 303 and out of Vistancia. Large semi's going to and from the waste transfer station will only increase the traffic in this already congested area. I am opposed to the recommended location for this transfer station.

With all of the planned development for this area, the addition of this plant only complicates traffic and noise in what I had hoped would be a pristine, peaceful area,

No to this Case Z2020017 Proposal. Completion of this project could cause: 1) A decline of future residential development in this area. 2) Loss of property value for all Cross River residences.
