It s outrage for the individual that bought their house in the area. The children that live around there. Will damage out community and will stink all area for miles !!

I firmly oppose any and all rezoning request changes to allow the transfer station at 115th ave and W. Happy Valley Rd in Peoria.

There are appropriate places for this necessary commerce. This ISN'T it. If Republic Service is interested in being a good neighbor, might we suggest working with the community to identify said locations instead of continuing to "fact check" valid arguments against this rezoning. I oppose the industrial rezoning for the location at Happy Valley and 115th Ave.

Seems awfully close to residential zoning. I just don't see why it would be located in such a place to threaten property values when there is other wasteland desert that will never be considered for residential usage in close proximity

No Zoning change. No Waste Transfer Station in Vistancia area. It is stupid to put a heavy industrial in the heart of a residential area. This should be located further north like Lake Pleasant Parkway exit

A waste transfer station should not be that close to homes.

This is an already busy intersection, with more homes being built it can only get worse with this transfer station.

This facility does not belong near or in our community. Do the politicians want it near their home?

I do not support the rezoning proposal. This is a residential area, not a heavy industrial area.

If I had wanted to live next to a transfer station I would have moved off of I-17 and Dixileta. To build a transfer station within an existing residential community is thoughtless. It has NO place! Move it to the middle of the desert where it belongs and then allow people to choose if they want to live around it!!! WE DON"T!!!!!!!
