Do NOT put this so close to people's houses. There is other open spaces away from neighborhoods.

We own a home in Cross River and another in Vistancia. Placing the waste facility in a heavily populated area is a terrible idea and will decrease property values, while adding traffic to a very congested area.

I oppose any trash center on 115th and Happy Valley

With all the land being ceded to development here I am surprised they would plant this adjacent to residences.

Why would you request resining on land that is directly next to already existing housing and in an area of streets and roadways that already have heavy vehicle traffic by citizens living in the area the whole day and night. The majority of traffic on the surrounding streets is from residents whose only route to businesses (and safety in case of emergencies) is through this corridor of traffic. It would be easier to rezone land slated for housing in the county’s master plan further East On 303 where there are NO EXISTING HOMES already built.

There is plenty of open land in unpopulated areas to house this business. Please put this somewhere else. Thank you!

Move it up by Lake Pleasant off the 303 where there is plenty of empty land.

We do not want this water transfer station in our area. There are other locations that would be more appropriate for this type of business and activity instead of directly in our neighborhood.

We did not move to the 'Scottsdale of the West Valley' so we could have our home near a waste facility of any kind. Lets look at the facts though: According to the US Census the zip code 85383, where this facility will be located has one of the highest mediam income levels by household and home values in the State. Do you think that will be maintained after building this facility? I don't as a 2005 paper showed that location of waste facilities drop property values by 12.5% (https://aese.psu.edu/nercrd/publications/rdp/rdp27.pdf)

85383 is one of the highest median income zip codes in the State of Arizona with higher property values, dont destroy that with this change!

We do not need the risk of additional traffic, accidents and fatalities at that intersection
