We don't need or want to rezone for any kind of industrial service. Heavy loads of equipment will deteriorate our roads. There will be extra offensive noise and smells from the recycling operation. It would be better to set this type of business up next to the actual waste center that already exist. Do not devalue our properties with a waste recycling plant to close to our residential area and elementary school. City planners should have planned for this before they allowed the residential development not after the fact.

I’ve lived in this area for 11 years and have seen the traffic build up over the years. That intersection is already a traffic nightmare. Please don’t make it worse.
