Please tell me you can’t find a more remote location for this facility. This a residential area and should remain as such.

This is a horrible location for a waste transfer station. Happy Valley already has too much traffic and cannot handle the current number of vehicles, there is no way this area could handle the increase in traffic and pollution this would cause. The road infrastructure isn't there to support this.

Way too much traffic already on 115th! Needs to be out in the boonies somewhere! We don’t need the garbage, stink or the rats that will accompany this site.

We have enough waste from all the Canadian Geese that just make mess if all of our sidewalks. So NO on a waste station down the street from our homes. An absolute NO, NO, NO...

Sad to have this next to all the beautiful residential homes.

The company needs to look for a suitable site already zoned IND-3 IUPD instead of putting an industrial waste facility in a RU-43 residential zone. They have been disseminating propaganda on how pristine a facility it will be. Go have a look at the I-17 & DIxileta facility to see their proposed future.

I’m strongly against having this facility so close to the neighborhoods.

No rezoning. Keep it residential. No waste transfer station. No one wants a trash station at the entrance to their neighborhood. We didn’t come to THAT nuisance when we purchased nearly 7 years ago.

No waste transfer station at this location. The one at I 17 serves us well. Keep this area residential.

I live in a #1 planned community. The waste Treatment Plant needs to be built in undeveloped area. Build it next door to the developer. Not wanted anywhere near VISTANCIA.

do NOT want this to be built in our neighborhood. We are officially notifying the planning commission that we are against this and request it be moved.
