My household does not want a waste transfer station so near our home. We bought in this area due to the increasing value of our home, the beautiful surroundings, and to be away from industrialized areas. A zone change to heavy industrial will wreck everything we enjoy about this area, and WE WILL move as soon as possible to try and salvage what is left of our property value. Hopefully we will be able to sell our home if a waste transfer station moves in, because WHO wants to live anywhere near one of these? Does anyone on council? I surely doubt it. Think about it, and move forward as if YOUR family was living in this area and was going to be affected.

No rezoning, No to being in our neighborhood and Yes to telling the truth about your transfer stations and how they SHOULD NOT be in residential neighborhoods. Enough of PROFIT over PEOPLE.

To Whom It May Concern,
This is not a good location for a recycling and waste transfer station as this is a family neighborhood with lots of children. There are so many places along the 303 that are not in residential neighborhoods. You can place this facility there where it will be safer for the families living there.

I oppose this rezoning application Z2020017. I am a homeowner in the Dos Rios subdivision.

This will not only decrease the property values here but will create unwelcome traffic increases we absolutely do NOT need on our roads! What's wrong with somewhere unincorporated with no existing homes? Out on the 60 for example.

Why not put it on all the vacant land north on the 303.

I follow those MBI trash trucks on the 303. They stink something awful. Now they want to dump that smelly load near my neighborhood, stir it up, and load it into another truck to be taken elsewhere? And you can't tell me there will never be trash just over in the transfer station overnight. No. I'd rather pay more for my trash removal than have this anywhere near my home!! There's a landfill off the 303 at Grand Ave- that's close enough!

There are so many places along the 303 that are not in residential neighborhoods that make much more sense than in HV. Please don't put this monstrosity near our homes.

Please don't ruin our quality of life by shoving that undesirable
entity in our great neighborhood.
Why not expand that Maricopa Transfer station north of River Rd.

"NO to rezoning". It makes to sense to put " junk" in a prime residencial location. So many viable locations north within maricopa county . PLEASE!!!
No thanks.
