I vote NO to rezone! I recently purchased a home just north of HV and 115th ave. I have already seen several accidents in this intersection. I also do not wish to have the value of my new home diminished by odor, trash, vermin, and noise pollution. This is a terrible idea and should be taken elsewhere.

I am very much opposed. This is very inappropriate for an area that is so residential. It will significantly decrease the quality of life for those who live, work and shop in the area. For a multitude of reasons, this would be a BIG mistake. End it now!

Please relocate this recycling/transfer station. You need to place this in an area that has not already had significant residential development. There are other locations. People need to know that something like this is in the neighborhood BEFORE they buy; not be told after the fact. Again, there are other locations.

Do not put this transfer station here. This is a horrible location! I am not sure what anyone is thinking to even consider this or propose it. There are many other areas that do not have any residents near it that this could go on.
