Keep maricopa county beautiful and safe. With so much land in Arizona, pick another site that is not going to impact public health and drive home values down.

I am very alarmed at the thought of a waster transfer station being built in this neighborhood. There are far too many negative consequences.

This neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods have great potential to attract buyers. North Peoria is a booming area- let's keep it that way and keep it beautiful! This needs to stay a residential area, or people will move or not buy within the community anymore. This is unacceptable. City planning needs to do better or we need some new employees in that office!
