Air quality and air pollution is already problematic in this area. This will only increase the issue within our residential community. The smell and pollution will bring down the value of homes in this area. Let’s face it—no one wants to live near a garbage collection transfer point, and nor should we have to.

This is an all around bad ide, there are other areas where this has happen and home values tanked. Along with the heat and smell...I'll pass!

The area planned for this transfer station is terrible. This is a high traffic area with several accidents each year. And this is a residential area with high growth and we don't want a stinky waste station by our homes.
