Putting in a dump would directly undermine the financial and asethic growth in this area and will not only prevent new growth in the area, but be the direct cause of people leaving this area. The Vistancia community is ranked as one of the top planned communities in arizona and the country to live in and this will destroy that.

The instillation of a waste station here would directly counteract, both the Aesthetic and financial benefit to this area, county of Peoria, and West side of the valley as a whole. We are still under construction on a bridge That is designed to allow for foot traffic and the betterment of the area and now we will destroy all of that benefit. This is a terrible decision to place this here no matter what way you look at it.

We need more business and retail development in this area, not heavy industrial zoning for a waste transfer station. The location is too close to homes and our retailers and will depreciate this area!

Have we even considered the hazards that come with this type of development. Not yo mention how many child development (schools,daycare ect.)facilities are within a close range.
