This is not the appropriate place; traffic is already bad in this area.

I would like to maintain property values and not have the odor and noise from a transfer station near my home. Constant wind!

We do not need this kind of heavy traffic and environment so close to our community. There is plenty of desert out there to put a transfer station far away from the likes of a nice community. We MUST take action and not allow a dump in our backyards.

The placement of this type of facility should not be located in the vicinity of residential property.

Please find another area.
We already have existing issues with dust and noise down the road from the quarry.
Don't see you guys in a hurry to help with that either.
Prepare for court if you choose to approve this.
Thanks.

These types of things need to go out and away from home and not in the middle of communities.

We do not want this waste transfer station built in our community! Crossriver has always played second fiddle to Vistancia with regards to public projects but enough is enough. There is no reason to turn a residential area into a heavy industrial zone. Arizona has millions of acres of raw desert land that can be used for this service. Loop 303 itself already has heavy industrial zoning south of Bell Rd., we don't need more garbage in our front yard, tell Republic to build there. If this rezoning happens we will know it was all a money grab and all of you politicians will be complicit. Do what is right, say NO to Republic Waste Services!

This is unacceptable and needs to be stopped. Isn't there a Waste Management landfill about 10 miles away from the proposed transfer station? We already have a quarry where construction trucks run all hours of the day with dirt and debris everywhere!!!

This is a beautiful area where we would love to retire and enjoy our grandchildren. Let’s build up our neighborhood instead of lowering it’s value.
