Absolutely NO WAY this should be allowed so close to so much residential property! There are literally thousands of empty & industrial acres just a few miles South on 303. Move this station down South where it won't negatively impact residential property values and life quality. Be smart!

Do NOT install a waste transfer station within a 15 mile radius of the Vistancia, Trilogy, and Blackstone communities.

Do not put a landfill/dump off 115th and happy valley. This will do so much damage to the neighborhood. Home value, quality of life, odor, rodent/bug increase, traffic increase. Etc

I live in the Dos Rios Community just down the road from the proposed site. A transfer station in the proposed location will affect home values in my area. Even if the smell doesn't reach my home directly, potential buyers will have to drive by the station on the way to look at my house. Not a great first impression when looking at a new home one mile away.

Do not build the transfer station here. We have worked so hard to buy a nice home just to have this crap move in

I am against the Waste Transfer Station Project #Z29020017, as proposed for the area of 115th Ave. & Happy Valley Rd. This would greatly add to the increased traffic from the many new homes being built in this area and to the North. We do not need the traffic nightmare that would be created from the many trucks in and out of a waste transfer station.

I say no to the location. Why can't this be moved further North of the 303 or even better North of Carefree Hwy and east of lake pleasant. Putting it in the middle of residential growth is a horrible idea. We are in need of a high school in our neighborhood, not a dump site.

We do not want a dump near our home! What a horrible place to put a dump when there is a lot of land further away from homes!!!

No to the dump! This a beautiful area! A dump is the last thing we need.

That will cause so many more crashes, in flood area. Bring down the value of homes! Worked so hard to make north Peoria a good community don’t ruin it. Will destroy our health

ABSOLUTELY NOT near our neighborhood!!! Find another location that does not impact home values, families, quality of life. You want a waste transfer station - put it in your neighborhood...not mine!!! I did not make my largest investment - my home, to have it's value impacted by a waste station.
