I strongly oppose this rezoning! There Our other less populated areas to do this in. There are many residential properties our property values will decline.

The area where they're putting this is complete trash already so it belongs there. We welcome this stinky station it will bring up property values in this trash toilet trailer park

We lived near a waste treatment station in Tolleson, AZ and it was the worst smell I had ever smelled. No go move this project to a different area of town. Thanks

I have lived in this area for over 10 years and seen it grow and prosper since 2009. With all of the open desert areas around Peoria, it would be senseless to allow this type of business near a residential area.
