I just moved to the neighborhood and plan to live here a long time. I do not want a trash station destroying this beautiful community. I enjoy running and do not want the added pollution in the air not to mention bad smell and decrease in the value of my home.

I’m saying NO to rezone happy valley & 115 Ave to “heavy industrial “ for the purpose of a waste transfer station.
