No transfer traffic. This is not needed right on top of a densely populated are. These truck and drivrs are aweful and always drive in carpool lane on the loop. They degrade the roads and provide little benefit or revenue to the surrounding community.

We don’t not want a transfer station in our neighborhood. Please find another location where an established community has not need built. You will ruin our home cakes and our community.

A waste transfer station this close to a residential neighborhood is not a brilliant idea. I feel that this will create traffic issues on Happyvalley and 115th Ave. contrary to what the road widening is trying to accomplish let alone the negative impact on the housing values in our area. I did not purchase in this area to live next to a dump I feel that this land could be utilized in and more family oriented capacity.

I am adamantly opposed to having a transfer station in our residential neighborhood. This is not an appropriate location for this.

We would like to keep our property values high. Please consider placing the tranfer station far away from established homes and Happy Valley Rd. We dont need our beautiful shopping area to be impacted by the trash; Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant Parkway.
