No. This is the spot. This a nice community and the addition of this eye sore and the added traffic will drive down home values. Put it somewhere further out where there is plenty of emptybland. Like I don't know maybe of Lake Pleasant and the 303.

That would be awful. The smell of trash not to mention the noise and congestion. There are many more open areas that are not near homes.

Please reconsider the location of this waste station. We picked this neighborhood for its scenery and families. We do not want to live next to a dumpster. This is too nice of a neighborhood and area to ruin it with a trash container. Please, please move this waste station.

I strongly am opposed to the building of a waste transfer station at Happy valley/115th ave. Our community home values are at risk, the safety of the people who live here, as well as the traffic concern- only 2 ways out for the many many houses already here. I will continue to call and email the people involved in this process. Terrible idea.

I used to work 1 mile from a transfer station. I am very familiar with the stink and bugs it brings with it. No way do I want this so close to my home.
