Update: The yard has been mowed by the Owner! Thank God! Petition is staying up as once it gets mowed the owner waits for the next compliant and it takes another year for them to reply.

FACTS 1. Teenagers vandals this home and the police know who they are. 2. 5 years ago I called the police when I heard loud banging went outside and this homes front door was open kids with baseball bats going around hitting holes in the walls....police And their parents got a Long talking too!! Owner was made aware nothing done!
We the neighbors and surrounding area of Stone Ridge petition for the city of San Antonio and our homeowners association and manangment company (Spectrum) to keep 12010 Stoney Summit mowed as in accordance of the law. This has been on going with this property for 10 years not being taken care of. As well as the five other homes that sit with overgrown yards in this neighborhood (Stone Ridge).
As homeowners we will not put up with such eye-sores and devaluing of our property.

The yard got mowed but we know how this cycles back to the same mess if we stop paying attention. Call Spectrum management today and tell them we expect ongoing maintenance at 12010 Stoney Summit instead of these temporary fixes. Post our link on your neighborhood Facebook page to ensure the city keeps the pressure on these property owners.

The yard finally got mowed because we kept the pressure on. Now we need to keep this momentum going so the city and Spectrum stay alert about the other neglected properties in Stone Ridge. Email your city council representative today and demand they actually enforce the maintenance laws.

Why aren't you going after the shameful person/people? There's no way an HOA would allow a home to get to this point if there weren't some legal reasons. And 10 years?
This petition was posted by the very person who caused the problem in the first place. Several people saw her and a young male teenager putting up the ribbons and cheeseburger and smartphone sale signs. And she gave wrong information to the TV reporter which makes one wonder why she assumes the role of spokesperson for our subdivision? Why does the web site continue to allow this fraud to continue posting?
This house is always a mess, something needs to be done about it!
