I am currently preparing a formal letter to the Board of Trustees outlining the specific maintenance arrangements between the library and the housing authority. We have requested a meeting to discuss how the building costs function independently of the branch operations. Updates regarding their availability will be posted as soon as they respond.

I grew up going to this branch. It served our community for years and it is wrong to just take it away now.
KEEP IT OPEN. MY SON GOES THERE EVERY DAY FOR HOMEWORK HELP. WHERE ARE THE KIDS SUPPOSED TO GO???
so many kids rely on this place. please dont close it.
This library is the only place my kids have to go after school. They need a safe spot to study and stay out of trouble. Do not close it down.
ridiculous. closing this will hurt local families so much. stop cutting services for the people who actually need them the most.

This is totally unfair. The city needs to find money elsewhere instead of taking away the one resource we have in old colony.
