The days feel long and the path to a thousand names is harder than I expected. I am dragging myself back to this task because we cannot let our momentum slip away now.

Reaching one hundred signatures feels like a long climb up a steep hill. My eyes are tired from staring at these screens but knowing that others care about our libraries keeps me going.

The librarians at our branch are wonderful and really help the seniors in the area with computers. Cant imagine losing this resource.
Total incompetence by the city council. find the money elsewhere.
Keep the libraries open. My tax dollars go to these services and I use them constantly. Dont cut corners on our kids education.
THEY NEED TO STAY OPEN. The central library is way too far for a lot of people in this town.
My kids walk to the branch every single day after school. If they close it down they have to cross busy streets to get to the main library. This is just wrong.

So sad to see this happening again. These branches keep our neighborhoods connected. PLEASE find another way to handle the budget.
