We know we cannot stop all of the building in Warrington PA but we have to try to at least slow it down. The roads , the infrastructure, our schools, our hospitals and our water and sewer systems cannot take any more people. Stop the building in \Warrington we can't take it anymore

With every new home comes at least two cars. Have you driven through Warrington at rush hour lately? It's bad.

The rezoning is too dense, will bring in more children, needing more schools, more taxes. But aside from that, monied contractors can change the rules setting a precedent that cannot be changed. Don't ruin things. Don't sell out to money.

I think it's time for Warrington to investigate bringing in industry and businesses that will bring in bigger tax dollars to improve, repair and maintain our roads, not crowd them anymore, instead of more houses and students to raise our school taxes. Shortly, people on fixed incomes will be taxed out of the homes that they have worked so hard and long for.

Our roads cannot accommodate the increased traffic we must now contend with due to too many new homes built in our area. Do not change the present zoning.

We already have more than enough newly built homes within the limited rural areas. This has caused serious difficulties four the township residents. We are against the zoning change. Please stop rezoning.

The township has already fulfilled its legal requirements for high-density residential zoning. The only reason to rezone this property is to satisfy someone's greed.

This board should follow the advise of their Planning Commission and the Bucks County Planning Commission to not allow this zoning change AND to listen to the concerns of their residents.

This township has a good Comprehensive Plan. Our BOS needs to abide by the plan and keep the density as is. Increasing density will unbalance our township. We are already in debt, had to borrow from a trust to pay our bills. We cannot afford an increase in housing. Stop supporting the developers, they do not live here.
