I would like to see the Geerling Property and any other property currently zoned as RA to remain RA. If any development is proposed, it should comply with the RA zoning designation.

I bought my house 17 years ago in "peaceful" and beautiful Warrington, Bucks County. I was allured by how calm and serene the country side was. I loved how wasnt over-populated and still had that rural feel. Now i can't stand it. I can't get out of my street because of traffic and at night with the Windows open, all I hear is sirens and horns and traffic. The schools are overpopulated and the answer is not to build more schools. The building HAS to stop!

we have 3 shopping centers that are not even finished and we keep destroying on woods and we also have a few housing developments that have been under construction for the last year and a half that are not sold out and remain unfinished

I have been elected to Board of Supervisors and wish to represent the interests of the residents and the preservation of our quality of life and improve it however I can. Rezoning for high density on a main road will only intensify our traffic issues. Our planning commission needs to be involved in all future development in reviewing impact. All residents must stand together to support what is best for all who live here.
