Keep Warrington's small town feel. The township board of supervisors only sees dollar signs with every change of zoning request. They're ruining Warrington and overcrowding the schools.

Warrington used to be a nice community that had periodic growth. Lately the growth has become out of hand and even the schools are no longer good neighborhood schools any longer. We moved out here to get away from the city and now Warrington is becoming just like Philadelphia. There's too many stores and houses being built on every small open space. We need to stop the building so families can live how they intended too.

My f amily and I moved To beautiful Warrington 17 years ago because of its School District, country look and feel. Today, I feel like I'm living in a city! There is no more country feel because of all the building that has happened over the 17 years we've lived here. so many of the farms are going, and so is v wooded space. all gone 2 more mega mansions and/or retail stores. There is no more land left almost. The schools are getting overcrowded and that's not why we moved here, we moved here for our children to get the best education possible. This has Got To Stop, Before all of the Warrington residents get fed up and move out and eventually within years you will start to get the city trash moving in. Obviously, must be what you want since you're trying to turn Warrington into an intercity!

Warrington has to stop the residential & commercial building. It's a small town which can not handle more development!! Enough is Enough!! Our roads our schools are overflowing, this town was not meant for all this OVER-DEVELOPMENT! STOP & LISTEN to the people who live here and pay the taxes. This once was a beautiful serene town which has become a circus. Once again, STOP & LISTEN to us!

Stop the over development! How many more McMansions developments have to be built small plots before we become a city? I moved to Warrington because I don't want to live in the city!

Landowners have the right to sell their property to whomever they choose but the BOS does not have the right to change the zoning.

I have been a Warrington resident for over 10 years now and never have I considered moving as much as I am now. I refuse to support (via taxes & otherwise) any further development.
