Warrington has too much housing and commercial development. Roadways are congested and the beauty of Warrington has been lost. At this point, open space is preferable.

Thank you for preserving the integrity of Warrington. The BOS needs to stop the years of land abuse! Too many years of the good ole boys dictating their interpretation of zoning laws.

Why would the Township even consider changing the Zoning Ordinance just at the request of this Developer when other Builders are complying with our housing density requirements and doing very well ($) at it? R/A zoning needs to be maintained, especially in western Warrington Township, if there is to be any chance for what little agriculture remains here. It is this preservation of open space that gives our area the beauty and rural character that our area of Bucks Co. is famous for.
