Georgia residents statewide are being urged to support legislation giving we, the people / citizens, of Ware County Georgia the right to vote on a 45 million dollar bond issue on the Tri County Landfill. We believe that anywhere within the State of Georgia you should be able to vote on important issues that have the potential to cause health, environmental and/or financial impacts on us, our family, friends, neighbors and future generations. We were denied this right here in Ware County when our leaders decided to vote in the use of our landfill for fly ash and demolition debris coming in from other states. We ask for your support not only for us but for you also since this can and may happen to you when an important issue comes up and your voice does not count in the matter. Thank you!
