As a part of our citizenship course work we have created a campaign to get an indoor skatepark built in Walsall area. We want an indoor skatepark built as there isn't enough recreational activities for young people in our local community. This will benefit our community because it will reduce anti-social behaviour and this will help young people to train their skills to high a intensity.

The local council continues to ignore the blatant lack of facilities for us while they act shocked by youth boredom. We are doing the work that they refuse to touch by demanding a space that keeps people off the streets and in the park. Expect more noise from us until they stop hiding behind their desks.

The local council cannot ignore this momentum anymore. We are building real pressure on these desk-jockeys who refuse to provide us with a single dry place to skate in this entire town.

Walsall really needs this. nowhere for the kids to go when it rains and they end up just hanging around the shops anyway.
MY SON IS ALWAYS COMPLAINING ABOUT HAVING NOWHERE TO SKATE NEARBY. THIS WOULD BE BRILLIANT FOR THE TOWN

Great idea lads. about time something was done for the younger generation around here.
Proper skatepark would be class. tired of driving all the way to birmingham just to get a good session in.

Too many people moaning about teens hanging out in the streets but then they refuse to build them anything to do. sort it out!!
