Citizens of Seminole county, Fl., have found real fault with the Wal-Mart site plan being built at Aloma and Deep Lake Rd. Though the permits were approved we have been granted an appeal hearing before the County Commissioners on 7-26-2011 at 9:00A.M. at the County courthouse in Sanford, Fl.  We urge anyone interested to attend and would like to bring this petition with us in support of our cause.

We the undersigned request the Commissioners to:

1.Downsize the store size.

2. Updated traffic study to improve safety and flow of nearby roads.

3. Hire only off duty law enforcement officer as security guards.

4. Enforce "no overnight parking."

5 Limit store hours.

6 Minimum signage and decorative exterior finish

We will base our appeal on the following:

1. Outdated traffic study and trip generation table endanger children of nearby schools and elevate traffic accidents. 2. Vacant store fronts nearby discourage sound and stable development code 40.1A. and decrease property values. 3. Water run off poses posibilty of flooding hazard. 4. 24 hour operation violates secc 30.1233 as property is adjacent to residential property. 5. Crime increases have been proven with statistics. 6. "No overnight parking" L. of site plan, is not enforceable with 24 hour operation. Seminole County, Fl. residents, please sign and encourage other citizens to do the same.
