Waive Registration Fees for Osteopaths During Coronavirus Pandemic

No comment is needed. It’s obvious. Building Socs are offering 3 month mortgage holiday. Surely the GOsC can do something similar.

Can not afford to pay monthly subscription

Everyone needs protecting financially to keep going once this epidemic has cleared.

In these tough, challenging times a freeze would be helpful. I need to close soon and no income is difficult.

I have less patients lined up for the whole of next week than I normally have in a day. I don’t know how many of those will even show up or how long this is going to last. I don’t know yet how important that money is going to be.

I’ve had to close my clinic for the foreseeable future following the governments announcement on Monday. I am now deemed to be in the high risk category myself (early stages of pregnancy) & am therefore having to stay inside for up to 12 weeks. Tragically this therefore means I can guarantee that my clinic will remain closed for at least three months.

Please support osteopaths in this practical and Meaningful , way at this incredibly difficult time . Patients have been cancelling left , right and centre , the only thing that is remaining constant are the bills/ overheads ! Also “CPD with others “ will be a challenge .

Are nt they meant to protect the Public?

I strongly believe GOsC should froze fees on this difficult times.

I have stopped working and am self-employed. Postponed fees, when I have no source of income through a global pandemic, would ease my situation greatly. It will also make it easier for me to get started again when this difficult time passes.

Please help us in a timely where we need it most.

Please waive the fee for osteopaths as patient numbers are seriously dwindling.

If you can do something to help others then you should do it. We all need to help each other however we can. Please waive all fees for the next three months and ease some of the financial pressure people are facing during this uncertain time. Thank you.

This is an unprecedented event and every but of help that anyone can get should be given. This is people's life's and it shouldn't come down to greed by banks and governments!

Remortgage the building and cut us some slack!
