Governor Scott,

The people of Vermont are ready and willing to help our brothers and sisters in Puerto Rico who have endured the catastrophic effects of Hurricane Maria.

Our neighbors in New Hampshire have organized a relief drive to send and distribute supplies to Puerto Rico through the National Guard. Vermonters would like to do the same!

We are asking that you hold a statewide drive so that Vermonters can help Puerto Rico. Together we can make a difference!

Updates

November 12, 2017

The volume of support for this relief drive has reached a level that requires a formal meeting with the Governor office. My team is currently drafting the official request for a briefing on state logistical capabilities for a relief transport operation.

My family has extra clothes and canned food sitting in the basement ready to go. Lets get this stuff to the people who really need it right now.

DO IT NOW GOVERNOR! NH is getting it done and its embarrassing that we are just sitting here watching. Send the guard down there.
