Rhode Island for Bernie Sanders would like to collect signatures in an attempt to persuade presidential candidate and Vermont Independent Senator Bernie Sanders to come to Rhode Island.
Bernie has been on the side or working families and minorities throughout his long career. Now he is running for President of the United States, and we'd love to have Bernie speak his message of hope and real change to residents of our great state.
Bernie has been drawing huge crowds throughout the country. And we want to show him that there is support for him in the smallest state of the union. Let's bring Bernie to Rhode Island! Thanks!

Clinton carried this state in the last cycle. However, there is an opportunity to change that. Bernie has a lot of support in RI, and can energize the long silent progressive base in to finally rally around a truly progressive candidate. Enough is enough - Rhode Islanders want Bernie to come visit Rhode Island.
Salve Regina in Newport, RI can be a possible host! Call 401-341-2197 to ask about venues. Fort Adams can also accommodate even more people and has hosted bill Clinton in the past.

We live in MA, but we're only 17 minutes away from Providence, & would LOVE to see Bernie visit Rhode Island!! We saw him in Boston back in October, & he drew a HUGE crowd. We'd LOVE to have that happen again in Rhode Island!!
