Unfortunately, Mr. Weissman has decided to ignore our requests to speak with him prior to ratifying our contract - clearly this speaks VOLUMES on how he feels/values the true front line workers that care for our unique pediatric population. You are NOT a valued/appreciated employee - remember this when it comes time to vote - Do NOT let the board/organizer strong arm/bully you in to voting a way in which you don't feel comfortable with. There is always a choice. Thank you to those who signed that wanted their voices heard - unfortunately, your voices fell upon deaf ears. I've done my part as asked to do and created this petition - I am done at this point and will no longer post. I know my worth - this contract falls far beneath it. It's embarrassing, degrading and quite frankly, the union has failed us miserably. Good luck to all in your future endeavors!
