Vote of No Confidence - Request for Reconsideration

I have a child at ISP and agree that the path that our director, Ms. Siebert, is taking is the right one for our school. The board has been dysfunctional for at least a couple of years, thanks to certain individuals who are unstable and manipulative. It’s time to shut down the board.

All the principals should have been consulted before making this decision. We need ISP to raise the academic standards, for that purpise we need the board to support Ms Stiebert to continue the work she started to achieve this goal. The way the decision was made was irresponsible, without enough research and teachers’ feedback

As a father of three children at ISP I am deeply concerned by this decision which: 1) Has not been justified or explained to the parents 2) Is apparently being opposed by most directors and teachers at the school. We expect an urgent communication from the Board of Directors. Thank you.

Necesito una justificación clara para tomar semejante decisión. La directora está haciendo profundos cambios para bien de la calidad humana del colegio, que bastante ha estado haciendo falta. Esto no solo es un negocio. Qué les está pasando!!!! Están siendo reflejo del desastre del mundo, sin transparencia y claridad, conflictivos e inmaduros. Qué les pasa!

Teachers should also be involved. Like in any foundation, members are entitled to provide their opinion and view for such decision

Unfortunately the lack of information is causing a very bad situation here, having discontent directors and worried parents is a bad precedent, a decision as important as this should have more transparency and information.

As a parent, Viki's presence is visible on campus and radiates caring. As a teacher, we have as a whole staff worked tirelessly on strategic plan initiatives. Please provide a transparent and open system of communication.

This is not the right decision for ISP.

I disagree with the way this decision was made. All parties involved in this important evaluation should have been consulted before taking action. I'm signing the petition in favor of an assembly to discuss the matter.
