Let this be also a call for a more transparent and inclusive board attitude. We don't elect the members to act autocratically, but to work with the whole parents population in making important calls such as removing a teacher or a director.

No estoy de acuerdo que saquen a una persona del colegio cuando no fue consultado con los directivos que son los que trabajan ella y pueden evaluar si su trabajo es bueno o no. Ellos no fueron llamados a esta decisión y es por eso que no es justo el despido

Please, reconsider the decision to not extend Ms. Vicki contract. As parent with a daughter in the ISP I would like Ms. Vicki to continue serving in her current role.

Im very concern about this radical posture of some members of the board. Hope common sense will prevail. The current proncipal is doing a great job. Hope to see the objective facts that supoort this radical. postre.

I am shocked by the this abrupt decision made by the board. From my perspective, Viki has only shown clairvoyance, competence, and compassion during her first year as director of ISP. Especially during our tragic loss at ISP, she demonstrated a stellar example of what it means to lead an educational institution forward. I strongly hope that the board of directors reconsiders their decision.

This course of action by the Board is baffling: if Ms Stiebert isn’t performing satisfactorily (and as a parent I see no evidence of such) then why did they appoint her and keep her for another year? If she is performing as all the heads are suggesting she is, why aren’t they seeking to keep her? Why are we finding out in this manner?
Either way, the decision needs to be re-assessed!
