There is no benefit to Spotsylvania, there is high financial risk and SPower is an LLC, part of multiple LLCs under one larger organization, none of which have a long history of success.

It is inconceivable how anyone with a conscience and concern for the environment could possibly support such a misplaced, misguided proposal. The well researched facts speak for themselves. Do not turn a deaf ear to the citizens you are supposed to protect. Vote NO to all 3 proposals.
