I have lived in Livingston District on Post Oak Road my entire life and do not support this project in our residential area. Rural means just that not a sea of solar panels. If Amazon and Microsoft need this for additional power then take it adjacent to them. It will only cost us more taxes in the long run. VOTE NO.

Spower complex is a bad choice for Spotsylvania for many, many reasons,all of which have been presented to the BOS. I moved to this county for its tranquility and beauty. Spower plans will eliminate this. I might as well return to NY.
