Whereas Video-On-Demand (VOD) was offered for free for one quarter of the semester during the transit strike, we, the undersigned request a refund for at least one quarter of our VOD fee. VOD is $50 per course, therefore we request a refund of a minimum of $12.50 per course.

SERIOUSLY. I have 4 classes so that is 50 bucks they took for nothing. refund us now!

The strike wasnt our fault so why should we pay for services we couldnt even use? gimme my money back.

$12.50 per course is a no brainer. we were promised vids and got nothing for weeks. total ripoff.
