The school is making a terrible decision. He is a practical professor who translates material to the "real world".

Vito Ciminello is one of the best teachers in the MARA department at TAMUG. The future students of my school would suffer an incredible loss without his ever present dedication to their learning.

I am furious that TAMUG would fire some of its best professors without even so much as an explanation to its alumni. Mr. Ciminello is one of my favorite professors at TAMUG, and he made a very positive impact on my education. As Mr. Ciminello's former student, and as an alumnus of TAMUG, I will refuse to donate any funding in the future to an institution that terminates the employment of its best human assets.

The single thing I valued most regarding my education at TAMUG was the number of professors and lecturers who held successful careers in the fields in which they taught. Theory only goes so far.

The MARA program would not be what it is without Vito Ciminello as an involved professor. He constantly challenges students to learn concepts and material in a competitive environment much like the one they will experience outside of this university. He made a difference in my college career and is an incredible professor. He is highly respected among the students, current and former, and it would be a great loss to the University if he was no longer a lecturer.

My education would have been lesser than what it is without Vito. He genuinely cares about his students and goes above and beyond the call of being a professor to ensure his students actually learn. Vito was by far one of the best professors I have had in my college education, and to deprive other students of his knowledge and exceptional teaching capabilities would be detrimental to their college career.
