my kids complain about the grainy look on the cartoon channels constantly. please fix this
been asking for more hd content for years. still waiting.
Seriously need more hd channels in the basic package. pay way too much for standard def.
WHY ARE SO MANY CHANNELS STILL NOT HD IN 2016? Get it sorted.
would love to see better quality on the catch up services. feels like watching old dvds sometimes.
I would really like to be able to access virgin tivo in our area.

The picture quality is honestly pretty poor compared to sky these days. time to catch up virgin.
