WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, hereby support VILLAGIO MART store located at 1750 East Palomar Street, Suite 8, Chula Vista Ca 91913 in efforts to provide a convenient, clean, safe, well-lit, first class mini market and general store, which shall contribute back to the Eastlake/Otay Ranch community as well as add to the local tax base.  It will also create jobs in the local community.

We support VILLAGIO MART’S operation of a market and general store which will create a welcoming environmmwent for the community by selling among other things: sundries, baby items, sodas, snacks, premium imported and craft beers, wines, food items candies, othe basic necessities, ect. We appreciate that the craft/imported/microbrew beers and wines offered will be of premium quality. We also understand that given the state of the economy, it is both more convenient, efficient and economically feasible for a customer to walk down to a nearby establishment to purchase items, rather than have to get into a car/and or go to the supermarket. Wines will be sold 750 ml sizes only and beer or other alcoholic beverages offered will only be sold in multi-packs. VILLAGIO MART will offer foods, beverages, and other items all in a convenient location, and we are excited about creating a new thriving business in our community.
