Video cameras are used all over CCISD. They were installed to detect stealing, bullying and gang activity. One place where the students are not protected is in our special education (AA classrooms and hallways. Since our AA students are among the most vulnerable (many with physical disabilities and nonverbal), they need our protection the most. When a child comes home with unexplained bruising or is emotionally upset, the parents are left with no way of knowing what happened to their child. Video cameras would help give peace of mind to special education parents.

if there is nothing to hide then why be against it? just install the cameras already.
