This petition is being generated in order to remove Veda Shook, United Airlines Association of Flight Attendants International President from her position and furthermore bar her from serving the United Flight Attendants. This petition is being filed due to the following misrepresentation of UA flight attendants: Veda Shook has persecuted those members who demand change within the Association of Flight Attendants. - has, rather than serving and protecting the flight attendant rights, has turned against her members. - has failed to protect sub UA flight attendant jobs, rather opted for furloughs, thus the elimination of jobs. - has opted for buy outs rather than a crossover while sub CO continues to hire new hires. - has become the dictator and deciding factor in all company proposals, rather than being a representative of the flight attendants. - has raised union dues from $42.00/mo. to $48.00 with no justification - has failed to provide a joint contract.
