The owners of Vancouver House are concerned that our costs are simply too high and that we're being taken advantage of. As a first step of remediation, we'd like to host an SGM to propose two three changes to our budget:

1. Terminate the agreement with House Concepts and make no additional payments
2. Limit the cleaning budget to $120K per annum
3. Reduce the concierge service from 24/7 to be from 7am - 10pm daily
4. See the savings returned to owners immediately in the form of a reduction to our strata fees per the savings realized

Our MLA, Brenda Bailey has offered to sit down with our Strata council and House Concepts to negotiate termination of our agreement with House Concepts which she agrees is abusive and referred to as "Nepotism".
