This is a petition to sample interest on campus about having a Ultimate Frisbee Intramural at UW- Platteville.  By signing you state that you would be interested in becoming a member of a team or forming a team and competing in an Intramural. If emails are included they will only be used to contact you if an Intramural is to be formed and when a meeting would take place.
