According to Robert’s Rule of Order by which our USW Local is governed, membership can form a petition to bring before the Committee for a possible Special Meeting. This meeting will include discussion on the voting process, meeting process, meeting schedule, and to discuss a possible revote relating to the Valero Flex Plan Benefits Package.

The info provided before the vote was totally wrong. We deserve a redo so everyone actually understands what they are signing up for.
Too many people felt rushed. Flex plan choice is huge and we cant just gloss over it. Lets get together and talk.
Way too much bad info going around. Nobody knew the rules. Needs a total redo.
WE NEED CLARITY. The way this was handled was a mess and people were confused by the benefits info. Let us meet and fix this.
Misinformation was main factor to ask for re vote. Committee and members didn’t even know bylaws. Need to decide how we vot in future when we can re vote if misinformation is past to members

The committee dropped the ball. Some of us didnt even get all the papers until the last second. Not fair.
