The administration has acknowledged our request and requested a formal proposal regarding bin placement. I am currently drafting the document to outline the specific gaps in our campus waste management infrastructure.

fix this usf. stop being lazy.
seriously why are there only trash cans?? it makes no sense.
its so frustrating having to carry my empty bottle halfway across campus just to find a bin. we need these everywhere.
i feel so guilty throwing my cans in the trash but sometimes i have class in 2 mins and no choice. help us out.
needs to happen. we r supposed to be a top university and we cant even recycle? ridiculous.
