i cant believe how much momentum is building around this idea. it really shows that everyone is tired of seeing all that waste on the street and is ready for a change.

im still grabbing coffee on south u every morning and the trash cans are overflowing with stuff that could easily be recycled. its frustrating to see so much waste when a simple bin would fix it and ive been sending emails to the city about this all week.

DO IT. Ann Arbor is supposed to be green but walk down south u and you see trash everywhere.
seriously why is this not already a thing? so much trash could be diverted if we just had the bins.
used to live off south u and it was always a nightmare trying to recycle. glad someone is finally asking for this
About time. Waste is out of control on south u and half the stuff in the trash cans is plastic anyway.
good idea. way too much waste gets thrown in the landfill just because there is no other option close by

its so frustrating having to carry my empty coffee cups for blocks just to find a bin. we need this!
