The Northeast LA town of Eagle Rock, Ca. is where I grew up and now currently reside. For over 7 years the residents and visitors of this town have had the privilege to see this loft project sit, unfinished, with no end in sight. It is time for the city of Los Angeles to use its powers of eminent domain to take over this property, demolish existing structures, and return it to its original state. Please sign my petition.
