The scale of this response confirms that the technical issues with the live feed are widespread rather than isolated incidents. I am currently drafting a formal letter to USASF management to demand transparency regarding their vendor contracts and specific refund protocols.

Won't pay again we haven't been able to watch any of the big clubs ,it just shut down with a white screen ;( had it on in the gym but ended up watching ICU from the day before . Very disappointed
The stream wasn't even added to my account after I purchased it. As a result I missed the whole of semis, i emailed the support and they tried and failed to fix the issue and I still have no stream :|
we but the live stream every year. It's never be fully worth the money, but this year is absolutely awful! I don't even uni I have watched one team w th out the stream going off!
had the same for 2 years now, absolute joke and please dont say the problem is on my side like you did last year when you finally replied to my complaint 4 months after,
Had terrible problems all day with the live stream. Missed a lot of teams we had hoped to see due to the problems with the USASF website. Refund please.
when a popular team comes on it just freezes!

outrageous. Waste of money. USASF have failed to provide a working live stream yet again.
