Weekend bathroom access would be very convenient so I don't have to leave my computer and all of my belongings to go to another floor just to use the restroom.
Opening up those bathrooms would help a lot.

its so annoying having to pack up my whole backpack just to walk down two flights of stairs when i just need to pee
