This reckless driving behavior of the mwendokasi drivers and other vehicles such as Boda Boda drivers needs to stop. Too many lives have been lost in these accidents.

It's a common sight in Tanzania to see so many reckless drivers. Reason is to award driving license who are not capable and thus are "untouchables" by the system. Poor road signs is the other reason.

Esp From bibi titi up to samora , there is no boundries n it is central bussiness district plus residential area , busses move at v high speed ,they should drive in said area slowly , n night time hv observed they dont hv their headlights switched on , so to sometimes to know if the bus is approaching is dufficult

Road safety measures should be taken, many bodaboda drivers are reckless in riding their bikes due to over confidence yet fail to follow rules and regulations of the road and passenger safety

There should be strict laws taken especially against the BODABODA's as they have no discipline, to an extent that if someone targets them than he himself is passed between by a good no. of them, in fact they have no rules to follow, they should be fined for riding in the brt road, they should be fined for breaking the signals, they should be fined fir riding without helmets, they should be fined for riding with 2 or more passengers. There are literary no actions taken against them, all actions are taken mainly towards the cars and buses etc. I urge the government to strictly and equally set the laws for all the motor vehicles that must be followed and failure to do so would lead to a fine. This is only for the betterment fir the country itself.

I fear the safety of my family who use this road multiple times a day to cross over to the other side. The government needs to address this issue urgently. Too many lives have been lost due to the reckless driving of the bus drivers as well as other vehicles. Zebra crossing is a must to ensure pedestrians can cross with ease 3 way stop signs by the junction of the roads will ensure each side comes to a stop with the first one reaching their stop sign having the way to go first . This is a on going crisis I would say. One life lost is one too many
